    Glenn Gross Owner and President of Precipitation Unlimited Inc. is a licensed Irrigation Contractor based out of Yorktown VA .   He has owned the company for over 18 years and has been personally involved in each and every installation for over 17 years.  He takes pride in delivering great service to all of our customers, that's why we stand behind our irrigation installations for 1 year. Irrigation systems will function properly for many  years with proper maintenance although some factors may shorten this time like, poor water conditions , surrounding landscape becomes over grown , improper fall shut offs and spring turn ons. Here at Precipitation Unlimited Inc,  we design and program your irrigation system to provide the proper coverage  designed for YOUR property without creating  areas in your yard that are too wet or areas that aren't being covered properly  which CAN create hot spots in your yard. Shady areas with less intense sunlight or between homes where two irrigation systems are installed can easily become wet and produce  undesirable results.  These areas should always be zoned separately when possible. On the other hand bright sunny areas need to receive more water to maintain the your yard looking lush and tropical, this is why it is important to  have your irrigation system designed and programmed by a professional irrigation contractor.
